The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is considering an expanded inquiry into MG Motor India’s financial records based on Registrar of Companies’ 2022 findings.

However, an MG Motor India spokesperson stated the company hasn’t received recent MCA queries. They provided all required information during the March Registrar of Companies (RoC) inquiry, with no further questions. Emphasizing legal compliance, the spokesperson highlighted MG Motor India’s reputation as a multinational organization.
